2009 Festival Headlines
Festival Hours ...
Rivers & Spires Festival is held throughout Downtown Clarksville---not on the River. The festival hours are Thursday night, April 16, 5pm-10:30 pm, with only one stage of entertainment and a few food vendors. (No Kid Events--only entertainment). Friday, April 17, 5pm-11pm, 5 stages of entertainment and over 100 vendors on the streets-plus a full Kidz /Teen Zone in operation. Saturday, April 18, 10am-11pm--5 stages of entertainment, over 100 vendors and a large variety of activities in full swing to include a large Kidz/Teen Zone. Check the schedule for all the events and entertainment. See you at the Festival.

Festival will host national celebrities ...
This year the Rivers and Spires Festival will be visited by several famous faces. From HGTV's Designed to Sell John Gidding, Chip Wade and David Wint will be making appearances throughout the festival. Singer/Songwriters Wynn Varble, Phil O'Donnell and Jimmy Melton will be among the panel of judges for the Songwriter Showcase and the Military/Family Songwriter Showcase. more...

New in 2009!
The festival will host a new addition this year... Quilts of the Cumberland. If you are interested in entering your quilt(s) fill out an application. More information regarding the event can be found here.
River Queen & River Teen Pageant ...
The winners of the Miss River Queen and Miss River Teen Pageant, Callie Atkins and Amber Pennycuff respectively, will reign over the Rivers & Spires Festival April 16-18, 2009. Visit the festival's pageant page for more information
